Nicola Giuliano
Charted Accountant since 1990 and Statutory Auditor since 1995, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business obtained from “Università degli Studi di Bari”, he is a founding partner of Studio Giuliano and sole director of Athos Consulting Srl, which operates in the field of strategic consulting and management control. The professional firm has been operating since 1990 and has always been characterized by the attention to changes of competitive scenarios, not only in the tax field, but with special focus on the activities of supporting entrepreneurs.
Gianni Maria Strada
He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences from “Università Statale di Milano”. From the late 1970s to the early 1990s, he was HR director of an Italian textile and retail group. From the start of the 1990s until 2007, he was HR director of an American IT multinational company, and then later Director of WW staff of BU Media in the same company. Since 2007 he has been the Managing Partner of a consulting firm in Change Management and Organization. He has been a lecturer of organizational systems in the LIUC School of Engineering since the birth of the faculty.
Corrado Quartarone
Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 1994, former professor of Business Economics for higher education. He has always been involved in the design, management and reporting of projects financed with national, regional and community funds for public bodies and private companies with particular reference to the management and reporting of inter-professional funds. For several years he has been president and member of Supervisory Bodies under the D.Lgs. 231/01.
Matteo Martelli
Charted Accountant and Statutory Auditor since 2009, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics at LIUC University, in Castellanza (VA). He has collaborated with professional firms in the upper Milan area, with special attention to reporting and budget analysis. Since 2011, he has been working with professor Alessandro Cortesi in the “Budget analysis” course at LIUC University in Castellanza (VA), with particular regard to the analysis of competition through the budget. He has carried out post-graduate training for the Master’s in Accounting courses.
